A 2-pack of porterhouse steaks, each weighing 14 to 16 ounces. Approximately 1” thick, porterhouse is a bone-in steak that includes two types of beef: one side (usually the larger side) is a New York strip and the other is a piece of the tenderloin. Note that the tenderloin side cooks more quickly, and is a delicious steak to grill or broil.
We raise all the beef we sell, on our fifth-generation Century Farm in Ohio, USA. Our cattle are free to roam and graze, and are also offered a high-quality feed.
