A 2-pack of 1” T-bone steaks, each weighing 13 to 15 ounces. These bone-in steaks include two types of beef: one side (usually the larger side) is a New York strip and the other is a piece of the tenderloin. The Pusheta Creek T-bone has a smaller tenderloin or none at all vs. our Porterhouse.
We raise all the beef we sell, on our fifth-generation Century Farm in Ohio, USA. Our cattle are free to roam and graze, and are also offered a high-quality feed.
