16 slices of bacon
1.5 pounds of ground beef
8 gourmet franks
Shape ground beef into 8 thin patties and wrap around each frank
Wrap 2 slices of bacon around beef and secure with toothpicks
Preheat grill to 350°F (medium heat)
Place meat on top rack and grill 20-25 minutes, turn frequently, until internal temperature reaches 145°F
Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments and toppings.
